Sad Update:
A few days after picking up my vehicle I noticed the rear window doesn’t lock and recently also noticed the door they replaced doesn’t auto lock. When I called several times never getting a call back I was told we need to take it to a chevy dealer? I agreed to do this and less than an hour before the appointment I was called by Wreck a Mend and they canceled. Also when I first dropped of my vehicle to them I put in writing that because of the hit and damage the rear window not locking now they decided that it would only be paid for if the hit caused the damage? In addition, I had to put the battery mount and battery connections together as they didn’t do this and I was stuck on the side of the road and had to fix it myself. As far as the door they replaced the lock does not work and doesn’t match the other doors. At first I gave these people an excellent review I should have waited. Like all of you I work for a living and time is money seems after they got paid I am no longer important and my time doesn’t matter to them! If this is not corrected and fixed very soon I will call my attorney and let him handle this. Warring check everything out before accepting any work from these people because after they get the money you mean nothing to them. I am extremely disappointed and angry that they don’t take responsibility and don’t hold themselves accountable therefore if I don’t hear from them very soon I will take a different direction and have this fixed and then get my attorney to sue for damages to me and my time.
